Vegetable cutting techniques

thanks rupa aunty...yes vidya, a nice sharp knife would really be useful...wonder if that knife-sharpening stone that they hav shown is there in shetty angadi(walmart)...

When you speak of chopping, I remember that chopping machine that everyone always bought at the Mysore exhibition.. It alwyas chopped so well in the demos, when we brought it home, it used to suck! never worked!
